Abstract

The modern world and economic system are quite volatile and dynamically turbulent, while the COVID-19 pandemic has pointed to the instability of both economic ties (manufacturing, logistics, and small business) and the system of international economic relations in general. One of the most significant losses during the COVID-19 pandemic was the global labor market.

The world of work has been deeply affected by the global virus pandemic. In addition to threatening the health of the population, economic and social disruptions threaten the long-term existence and well-being of millions of people.
